How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Explore the training and try the resources. If the system is not the right fit, email gregwsheldon@gmail.com within 30 days of your initial enrolment, with the name and email you used to enrol. No completed worksheets or proof of results are required.
All amounts paid for the initial system purchase will be refunded, and remaining instalments will be cancelled. Your request qualifies based on when you send it.
A refund ends your access and download licence, and downloaded copies must be deleted. The guarantee applies once to the initial purchase. It does not restart with each instalment or apply to later community renewals.
What happens after the first community year?
After the included 12 months, continued community access is optional at US$29 per month. You will receive an invitation and will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe. You can cancel that optional membership at any time.
You keep your purchased training and downloads if you leave the community. Community membership is separate from the three-payment plan for the system.
What software do I need for V30?
V30 is a macro-enabled Excel workbook. Use desktop Microsoft Excel for its macro tools, and confirm that your company’s environment supports them.
You can apply the method and references alongside your existing spreadsheets or ERP. Automatic ERP integration is not included. Moving information between systems requires your own mapping and review.
Do I need to finish all the training before I start?
Begin with a familiar estimate and use the relevant lesson or worksheet to review one assumption. Develop the wider process as you work through the training. A complete estimate still needs its full scope reviewed before release.
Does one purchase cover my whole team?
The complete package covers one learner at any shop size. Additional learner seats, private consulting and custom implementation are separate arrangements. Email Greg to discuss what your team needs.
